The mother of a 9-year-old North Carolina boy is furious her son was suspended for calling a teacher “cute,” but the school says the comment was sexual harassment, WSOCTV.com reports.

Chiquita Lockett said a substitute teacher overheard her son, Emanyea, chatting with a friend when he issued the compliment about another instructor – and then was sent home.

You have got to be kidding! I have heard teachers make comments about how cute a student is and nothing is said about that. Not every compliment is sexual harassment. They are sick...
