A bus pulled up to drop off 5-year-old Xander Keener earlier in the school year. His mom, Tara, was waiting, but noticed a lot of kids screaming for help around his seat. She is a nurse and ran onto the bus to check on her son, who it turns out, was just sleeping and not hurt.

The bus driver told Keener not to board the bus. It turns out it is illegal for parents to board school buses in Pennsylvania and the law is not making any exceptions.
